Every parent wants their child to feel safe and secure in their own home but love alone won’t protect a child from the harsh reality of homelessness this winter. Like Mia, over 150,000 children are facing spending Christmas in temporary accommodation, often in damp, cramped and unsafe conditions. This is not the childhood any parent would want for their child.
